''I wanted to bring my partner from the Philippines to Israel. I met with several lawyers, and in the end I decided to go with Dor, because already in the first phone call, I understood that he was more knowledgeable, by a significant margin, than other lawyers in the field that I met. I chose Dor, even though I live in Tel Aviv and Dor's office is in Netanya. Already in the phone call he gave a lot of information, and very important advice. I had a concern that my process and my partner's, with the authorities, might not be simple, because we are a same-sex couple. Dor accompanied us closely throughout the entire process, and now my partner is with me in Israel, and he already has a B/1 visa that allows him to work. We went through this process during a really problematic period, when the Population and Immigration Authority in Tel Aviv, which is the busiest office in the entire country, was flooded with requests from immigrants from Russia and Ukraine, due to the war in Ukraine. The office was also flooded with people who wanted to renew their passports after the coronavirus period. I know with certainty that if we had not used Dor's services, the process, if my partner and I had done it alone by ourselves, would have taken several years at least. And it is clear to any reasonable person how difficult it can be to maintain a relationship over years, when distance separates the partners. Thanks to Dor, the process of bringing my partner to Israel took the minimum time that was possible at that time. Dor accompanied us closely throughout the entire process, answered my emails with questions, answered on WhatsApp and by phone when needed, updated promptly on every development, was with us at the interview at the office, and accompanied us to the office at other critical points in the process, and most importantly, Dor always knew exactly what needed to be done, and every piece of advice from him hit the mark. Dor knew how to give advice tailored exactly to our case. I truly have no words for how happy I am that we chose Dor to accompany us through the process, and I can credit Dor for the fact that my partner and I are now living together in Israel.
