My sister with her daughter stayed with us in Israel at the beginning of the war in Ukraine for 5 months. After 5 months they flew home. Three years passed and they were planning to fly to us again. We were completely confident that there could be no problems at the border. After all, they did not violate the law (as was known, they said then that all Ukrainians' visas were extended automatically) and had not appeared here for three years already. Tickets were already purchased and everything was ready for the trip, when literally 3 weeks before I learned that they might not be allowed in. The situation was truly deadlocked, because we all know that nothing is resolved so quickly in Israel, especially when it comes to serious matters. And what good fortune that I encountered Alex. He resolved this simply incredibly quickly. With him it was so calm, comfortable and confident. I did not believe at all that it was possible to do this. But he did everything in the shortest time and simply perfectly. He monitored every process, from the application to border control to depositing the guarantee at the airport. At the airport they initially did not want to do anything at all, but as soon as they heard his surname - they did it within a minute!!
